Q: How do I get a picture in my signature or create an avatar?
A: The Aspen boards do not support direct uploading of images, but you can link to third party image hosting sites.

Q: Are there any guidelines for signature images or avatars?
A: Yes.
Signatures and avatars must conform to the image standards of Aspen’s boards. They may not contain lewd, vulgar or offensive materials or images.
Links to personal fan sites are permitted. Links to other company’s websites are not. (*If you wish to link your company’s website to ours via the links page, please contact Administrator Vince Hernandez: VinceHernandez)
Text within a signature image must conform to the guidelines above.
Large gif images or animations are not permitted due to excessive load time.
The maximum size for a signature image is. 500 (w) x 150 (h) pixels
Advertisements for products, services or sites is not permitted in signatures. Discretion of what constitutes an advertisement is solely that of the Administration and Moderators.
If your signature is in violation of these guidelines, a Moderator or an Administrator will ask you to take it down. If it is excessive they may remove it or alter it immediately and then follow with notification. Failure to comply with these guidelines after warning can result in suspension or termination of a user's account.
